Why Flow to Finish?

Flow to Finish is about more than just a class — it’s a process. Whether we’re working on the mat through yoga, pilates, or off the mat through mind-body coaching, I’m here to guide you through every step. The “flow” is about moving, growing, and building strength in both body and mind. The “finish” is about carrying that energy with you and knowing you can complete what you’ve started.

When you work with me, it’s not just about exercise — it’s about support. I’m here to help you keep showing up, to remind you of what you’re capable of, and to push you towards your goals whether they’re physical, mental, or emotional. Flow to Finish is about leaving each session feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to keep going.

Who am I

My name is Emma, I’m a track athlete and a psychology major. I’ve been teaching yoga for three years and, over the last year, have fully stepped into teaching pilates — a combination I love for the way it builds power, energy, and balance, while keeping the breath of yoga. What I’ve learned through both movement and sport is that the body and the mind are deeply connected — and that’s where my fascination with the brain comes in. As an athlete, I know the pressure, discipline, and stress it takes to get where you want to be, and I’ve seen firsthand how mindset can either hold you back or push you forward.

I’ve been followed and mentored in my own athletic journey the last five years, and it’s been a process of self-discovery — learning the tools, practices, and mindset shifts that truly make a difference. Now, I’m combining my certifications in yoga, exercise science, and positive psychology to help others move better, think clearer, and perform at their best. Whether on the mat, in competition, or in everyday life, I believe in pushing through the hurdles with focus and resilience.
